Board of Directors

I joined the Navy on January 3rd of 1968. My boot camp days were spent in NTC Great Lakes, Illinois. After boot camp I was assigned to the North Folk, VA naval base to wait for the US Newport News CA 148 where I was assigned to board on May 14th 1968. I was then transferred to the John W Weeks DD 701 on June 5th 1968, a quick transition for a rookie. The Weeks was in dry dock to be decommissioned when they decided that she needed to go on one more mission which was Vietnam. Upon returning from Vietnam I was honorably discharged from the Navy. I returned to ND to partner with my Dad on the home farm where I stayed for 15 years. I married Diane in 1973 and we were blessed with three amazing kids. After my farming days I managed a dealership of farm equipment and later became a Sales Rep for Lockwood Manufacturing, a worldwide machinery vendor. I retired in 2018 and am enjoying life.
